A Sea Marauder that comes in Longboat Lookout. Topmast Tremblay is EXACTLY the same as Shifty Merchant... or could they be twins?.

Tremblay was peppered with cannonfire at Pyrates' Cove, and he was stabbed by Lockjaw during the Black Sea Battle.
