Terror Keeper is a skeleton with a skeleton sword, and is slightly bigger boned than the other skeletons.
He was the founder ofthe Skeleton Slave Trade and the head slave-owner . (this slave trade not to be confused with the one in alternate pyrate story 3) He was known as a blood-thirsty brute. He would often ship new slaves to Pyrate's Cove, the main Slave Plantation.
He was thrown into the Phantom's hole byAdmiral Blue Beard and Dagger Tremaine together atthe Greater Black Sea Battle. His job as slave-owner was handed down to Agememnon.
