Dread Eye is the captain and leader of the skeleton crew. His crew holds 22 skeletons in total. He was placed under the curse of the Lord Pyrate and turned into a skeleton like the other crew members.
The most dressed skelaton, he is also the only skelaton with a unique head. All the other skelatons share a head mold with a few other skelatons, and he has a hook and peg leg unlike any other skelaton.
In 2.0, he stays the same, except his pants are now green instead of grey.
