Captain Brine is the second of two Buccaneer captains. Not many people think of him as a buccaneer captain. When you quiz a pyrates nut on the captain of buccaneers, he will most likely say Admiral Scathe, except if he has Captain Brine and not Scathe
Another thing, even if somebody were to see Captain Brine, they would mistake him for an undercover skelaton. Well, actually he mutinied against the Skelaton Crew, then earned his place as buccaneer captain number two.
